Owners Corporation Rules
The Model Rules for Owners Corporation are applicable.
The key considerations include maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards by avoiding hazardous activities, properly disposing of waste, and ensuring smoke from tobacco or other substances does not drift into other lots or common areas.
Common property must be used respectfully, without obstruction or damage, and approval is required for personal use or alterations. Owners and occupiers must notify the owners corporation of any changes in lot use, external modifications or works that may impact others.
All residents and their guests are expected to behave considerately, avoiding excessive noise and ensuring peaceful enjoyment by residents.

Maintenance Schedules
The caretaking is completed by The Minders with one visit every 4 weeks.
The service includes sweeping/blowing of hard surfaces, cleaning of stairwells, surfaces, letterboxes and trades toilet, along with removal of litter, cobwebs, and junk mail. Garden care includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and maintaining the clothesline and bin areas.
Access Keys
There are no common property access devices required for this owners corporation. Owners manage keys to their apartment doors and letterboxes.
