Maintenance Schedules

The caretaking is carried out by Total Caretaking and involves weekly attendance. The contractor vacuums the stairwell, keeps the laundry area clear of leaves, removes rubbish and blows leaves from the driveway, rear car park, and clothesline area. The blindside walkway is blown monthly. Total Caretaking also cleans the garbage bin area and checks or replaces light globes as needed . Garbage and recycling bins are placed out weekly on Wednesdays.

Owners Corporation Rules

The Model Rules for Owners Corporation are applicable. The key considerations include maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards by avoiding hazardous activities, properly disposing of waste, and ensuring smoke from tobacco or other substances does not drift into other lots or common areas. Common property must be used respectfully, without obstruction or damage, and approval is required for personal use or alterations. Owners and occupiers must notify the owners corporation of any changes in lot use, external modifications or works that may impact others. All residents and their guests are expected to behave considerately, avoiding excessive noise and ensuring peaceful enjoyment by residents.
