Owners Corporation Rules
The Model Rules for Owners Corporation are applicable.
Common property must be used respectfully, without obstruction or damage, and approval is required for personal use or alterations.
Owners and occupiers must notify the owners corporation of any changes in lot use, external modifications or works that may impact others.
All residents and their guests are expected to behave considerately, avoiding excessive noise and ensuring peaceful enjoyment by residents.
Plan of Subdivision

A plan of subdivision is the legal document that sets out the boundaries of your individual lot and any common property shared with other owners.
Utility Connections
All utility connections can be arranged with the resident’s chosen retailer. There are no emedded networks.
Units have gas connections.
Gas leaks can be reported directly to Multinet.
The relevant water authority is South East Water.
The local council is Greater Dandenong.
Gardening Schedule
The gardening service is perfomed by You Beauty Lawn Maintenance and includes monthly lawn mowing and weed poisoning, along with seasonal garden maintenance and pruning to all garden beds along the driveway.
The small garden beds at the front entry of each unit are also part of the common property and included in the gardening service.
Parking
There is limited visitor parking within the property. Parking on the common property is not permitted. There is ample street parking available.
