Owners Corporation Rules
The Model Rules for Owners Corporation are applicable.
Common property must be used respectfully, without obstruction or damage, and approval is required for personal use or alterations.

Replacement Keys
The common property has a restricted key system managed by Galmier locksmiths:
GL19-A is required for the front block (units 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 12)
GL19-B – is required for the rear block (units 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11)
