Owners Corporation Rules
The Model Rules for Owners Corporation are applicable.
Common property must be used respectfully, without obstruction or damage, and approval is required for personal use or alterations.
Owners and occupiers must notify the owners corporation of any changes in lot use, external modifications or works that may impact others.
All residents and their guests are expected to behave considerately, avoiding excessive noise and ensuring peaceful enjoyment by residents.
Plan of Subdivision
You can access the registered Plan of Subdivision here. A plan of subdivision is the legal document that sets out the boundaries of your individual lot and any common property shared with other owners.
Maintenance Schedules
The caretaking is carried out weekly by Total Caretaking.
Garbage and recycling bins are placed out on Wednesdays.

Residents can arrange connections with a provider of their choosing.
