Owners Corporation Rules

Smoking on common property is always prohibited. Smoking inside a unit is effectively prohibited unless it can occur without any smoke penetrating common property or another lot.

Maintenance Schedules
Caretaking is carried out fortnightly by Total Caretaking.
Duties include garden maintenance, cleaning of common areas, and basic upkeep such as mopping, glass cleaning at low levels and cobweb removal. The contractor also checks and replaces light globes as needed and reports any property issues.
Garbage and recycling bins are managed weekly, with bins placed out on Wednesdays and brought in on Thursdays.
Utility Connections
There are no embedded networks and all utility connections can be arranged with the resident’s chosen retailer.
There is a bulk gas hot water service.
Apartments have gas connections. Multinet is the gas distributor and can be contacted directly to report a leak or fault.
The relevant water authority is South East Water.
Access Keys
The stairwell entrances are now designed to be closed and locked at all times. If you require a new key for the stairwell please contact Stratablox for assistance.
Apartment doors have locks that are maintained by the owners.
The driveway gate is permanently kept open.
